CHRISTOPHER LEPS

For more than 30 years, Christopher Leps has played an active role in cinematic storytelling. His diverse career began over three decades ago as a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle character performer with the Walt Disney Company.

Chris' background in martial arts and gymnastics led to a deeper dive into the human performance realm as an athletic trainer, certified nutritionist, action choreographer, and stunt performer - appearing in over 180 television episodes including Alias, Star Trek: Enterprise, Westworld, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and more than 40 feature films such as Avatar, The Adventures of Tintin, Patriots Day, and the Pirates of the Caribbean saga. Chris is a two-time Screen Actors Guild Award Nominee for performances in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, and a two-time SAG Award Winner for performances in 24 and The Mandalorian. He was also a 2018 Taurus World Stunt Award Nominee for Best Fight Scene (Pitch Perfect 3.)

As an acknowledged filmmaker, Chris first stepped behind the camera in 2002 and has written, produced, directed, and edited projects across commercial, documentary, short, and feature categories. Blending filmmaking with his extensive action background, Chris has designed, coordinated, captured, and cut a variety of sequences as a previsualization (previs) producer—creating live-action visuals for the action scenes on an array of movies and TV productions.

A life-long enthusiast of films, music, and the outdoors, Chris is energized by the imaginative process and the artistry of bringing new concepts to life across multiple formats and environments.
