GREGG CURTIS

Gregg Curtis is one of the world’s most ingenious and formidable creative directors, show designers and producers in the entertainment industry today.

He launched his career as a national champion gymnast before Cirque du Soleil recruited him as creator and performer. Gregg has since gained solid experience from countless productions as a master acrobatic rigging expert along with being a renowned circus and aerial arts virtuoso. He serves as the Technical Director for Aireal Yoga and Executive Creative Director for The Lemurians. He is also Executive Director of The Aerial Studio, which he has now converted into a micro-school for distance learning in response to the covid-19 pandemic.

Gregg's career highlights include Creative Show Director of the Chase Center Groundbreaking performance as well as the live televised Ribbon-Cutting ceremony. He served as the Aerial Director for Beyonce’s “Formation” Tour, Associate Director for Miley Cyrus’ “Bangerz” Tour, Aerial Director for Julie Taymor’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, Creative Consultant and Performer for “Le Reve”, Captain of “Delaguarda”, Creative Director for Red Bull Media House and endless projects to his credit for clients such as: Apple, Google, Red Bull, Chase Center, Golden State Warriors and Virgin. Gregg’s seminal moment came in 1996 when he performed with Cirque Du Soleil during the Closing Ceremonies of the Atlanta Olympic Games with Kenny Ortega.

Gregg is also a world-class speaker and workshop facilitator for creativity and innovation at Arena Labs and Liminal Collective. His passion for creating the conditions that allow his clients to find their deep creative voices is at the center of his mandate. He has an unsurpassed eye for detail and a remarkable nuance for pushing artistic boundaries to new heights while keeping the highest level of integrity and trust from his clients, collaborators, casts and crews around the globe.
