Mike is a former career Navy SEAL officer who has commanded special operations task forces in combat over multiple deployments, as well as managing a 5500 man counter-terrorism task force deployed across 27 countries.  He’s also been Partner at an elite management consulting firm; his clients have included Manhattan-based global investment banks and wealth management firms.

He has spent his long leadership career building successful teams and developing leaders who perform under pressure.  He particularly enjoys focus on the “hard” side of leadership:  decision making, performance in crisis, risk assessment in high risk environments, achieving measurable results, and clear and direct communication.

Mike currently lives near Park City, Utah and logs over 12,000 miles a year on his adventure motorcycle in the remote areas of the Mountain West.
