TRINITY WELLS

Trinity has made a career by demystifying finance. Leveraging financial analysis, she makes numbers clear and comprehensible for leadership teams to make truth-informed decisions.

She began her career in investment banking (George K. Baum & Company, 2006 – 2013) structuring, managing, and closing over $1 billion in bonds for capital projects. Since then, she has worked as an independent financial consultant (Firn Line Consulting, 2013 - present) providing financial leadership in the form of CFO and/or EOS Integrator services to help small and medium-sized clients strategically navigate and manage growth, acquisition, or change. She works across industries which brings creativity to her strategy and leadership (including alternative energy, circular economy, fintech, cybersecurity, logistics companies, and CPG).

She has sat on multiple nonprofit boards, currently serving Perpetual Use (implementing reuse systems to eliminate single-use disposables) and recently as the Board Chair of Paradox Sports (transforming lives through adaptive climbing).

In 2011, Trinity took a year-long sabbatical in the form of an uncharted adventure where she and two friends thru-hiked 1,800 miles up the spine of South America. Over the course of the year, she whittled her backpack’s “base weight” down to 12 pounds, finding the intersection of item functionality and lightweight hiking speed – a concept she enjoys applying to business and now within her household in Nederland, CO where she lives and adventures with her husband and four young kids.
